Iron the design WITHOUT steam and try not directly on top of it.
Best suggestion: Iron it INSIDE OUT.
WASH
Best suggestion: Wash it INSIDE OUT by hand without rubbing the design.
It can also be washed at 30o in the washing mashine but again INSIDE OUT.
WEAR
Wear it with love and handle it with care.
